I just finished reading the book and I have to say that it was a great read. I loved how there were so many different characters in this story, but they all had their own personalities and stories. I also liked how the author made you feel like you were actually living through these events with them. I really enjoyed the way she wrote about the characters and how they interacted with each other. I think the only thing that could’ve been better is if the author would’ve written more about the actual time period during which the story took place. I’m not sure what else I can tell you without giving away any spoilers, but I’d love to hear your thoughts on this!

According to the National Institute of Neurological Disorders (NINDS), amnesia affects approximately 2 million Americans every year. Many people recover from amnesia after several months or even years. This is because they start remembering new experiences and gradually gain more memories.
It is possible that Elena’s amnesia will continue permanently. If her case is similar to other patients, she may suffer from short-term memory loss. But she might also have a brain injury that has caused long-lasting damage to her hippocampus.
When Does Elena Gain Her Memories Back In Season 2 Of The Originals?
In the Vampire Diaries season finale, Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and his brother Stefan (Paul Wesley) learned about the truth of what happened to their parents. As we know now that they were vampires before they died in a car crash, it seems like everyone is losing their memories. That includes Damon’s girlfriend, Elena (Nina Dobrev), who has no recollection of her time as a vampire – which would be really convenient for her, right now. However, even though she doesn’t remember everything else, there have been hints that Elena may somehow recover some of her old memories.

Elena’s relationship with Damon.
Elena’s relationship with Damon as he is now. I would like to see Elena develop and improve the way she deals with relationships with other people. She has had two serious boyfriends before Damon and they both left her for some reason or another. Her experience with love and relationships leaves something to be desired. And why do things always go wrong? The only thing that has worked out so far for Elena is her friendship with Caroline. As of now it seems that there are no signs of Elena becoming more mature or understanding how to control her feelings and emotions towards men. So I wonder to myself why did her first serious boyfriend leave her in such haste and why did her second serious boyfriend choose someone else while she was still in love with him? Elena needs to realize that her problems won’t just disappear once she gains her memories back. Also, I wonder how much longer will the writers give us viewers before we finally figure out the truth about Elena’s true origin. It would be nice if we knew more information about her history as a normal teen.
Does Elena get her memories back about Damon?
I remember there was a scene in season 2 where she gets in the car to go pick up Damon and he is giving her directions. Then after a few minutes of driving they stop at some diner for breakfast, or something else. I think it has more to do with Bonnie showing up but i’m not sure. Does anyone know what i’m talking about or can someone tell me what episode this occurs in? Thanks!
Elena is having flashbacks to her life as Katherine. She meets a man named Andrew who works for Elijah’s family and is interested in him romantically. He also seems to be very perceptive and curious about Elena being so connected with Katherine, so we see scenes of them together.
Does Elena remember Damon after being compelled?
The question: Is it possible for Elena to forget about Damon when he was forced on her? I’d like the answer, please. 🙂 And yes, I’m asking because of this thread in TVTropes (which is a very good one).
So far, Elena has been really nice with Damon, and she’s still feeling some guilt over what happened. But does she ever think that she probably doesn’t want to be married to him anymore and that if she’s not sure then maybe she remembers him as a vampire or something instead of as an innocent human guy? If so, how does she know that and from where did she take that information? Because there are moments when we don’t see any “vampire” qualities in Damon…
Does Elena forget Damon?
It’s been a while since I have posted, but I want to get back into the swing of things. To start off with, here is my current favorite Vampire Diaries quote that occurred in the last episode:
“I know what I have to do… and there’s no going back.” —Damon
In my opinion, this was such an awesome line because it pretty much sums up how everything has gone for Damon lately. Sure, he has been doing his best to pretend like he hasn’t killed anybody, but every time he thinks that he will be able to turn back and save Katherine, she kills him. Even though he tries not to believe that she has turned, he has accepted his fate – which is why he says “no going back”.
Although it might seem like Damon has just given up hope (and maybe he has), I actually think that he will find a way to reverse his curse. But before I explain my reasoning, let’s look forward to The Vampire Diaries Season 6 Episode 19 entitled “Marry Me.” Â So many questions are coming up!
Does Stefan still love Elena in Season 4?
Yes. This is probably a good place to start — but we should also point out that, as long as Damon is around, Stefan seems genuinely happy. In fact, you could say that he would kill for Elena. There’s really not much ambiguity at all concerning their feelings for each other. They’re in love — whether anyone else likes it or not.
Does Damon really care about Katherine? That depends on who you ask. Clearly, Damon wants a new life with Bonnie — despite the grief and loss he feels over Alaric and killing Jeremy. But once again, Damon seems to lack confidence that Bonnie can help him accomplish his goals — which means that he might be willing to make a deal with Klaus.
Does Alaric kiss Elena?
The episode starts out with a scene of two characters, one male and one female kissing. It’s just a simple scene that is actually pretty cute. The two characters are in bed together on the floor in this position where Elena looks like she might be asleep as well or maybe even unconscious. So they’re laying down face to face while embracing each other passionately.
It’s interesting because I’d always thought it was odd that they were so close in their scenes together, but it makes sense since the two were sleeping at the time, especially since there’s no lighting whatsoever to illuminate them.
They seem to be enjoying themselves and their closeness seems to convey that they want more than anything to consummate their relationship. But when we see it happen, it’s so unexpected! We don’t expect them to kiss at first — until we hear a voice say “Elena!” And then suddenly, they’re in a passionate embrace.
That scene totally throws me off — it certainly didn’t look very romantic to me at first, and then, oh my god, it happened!! The whole thing felt very abrupt — it seemed too fast to be real. However, we know from past experience that Damon has some sort of ability (or gift) to read people’s minds and knows what they’re thinking without being told. So perhaps it wasn’t so surprising after all. But I’ll never forget this moment at least.
Do Jenna and Alaric end up together?
Will the final episode of The Vampire Diaries feature a wedding between Jenna (Sara Canning) and Alaric (Matt Davis)? If so, how will they get there? We have some information about the couple’s future plans.
The CW drama has brought us to many big moments in its history — from Jeremy’s death at Caroline’s hands to Elena’s soul loss. But it looks like all that may be coming to an end with Season 8. A recent interview with Sara Canning revealed she is not only no longer on the show but that her character, Jenna, could return for the finale if fans want more of her.
Does Alaric marry Caroline?
Is he still alive in the series? (I mean, I’m guessing this answer is yes but can you confirm?) If yes, would it be possible that her to marry him at some point in time? Or do they just hook up and then break up? Because I feel like if she gets with anyone else after him, there should be a reason why, or she and Alaric are meant to stay together. And what about all those women who said he was sweet, nice, good looking, etc.? So much for that…
Does Stefan love Caroline or Elena?
If he loves her, why didn’t he tell her from the beginning that he was a hybrid? He could’ve asked her to marry him. Why would she have agreed to be with him if she thought he’d never forgiven her for being a vampire?
Was there ever any romantic relationship between them?
Can we consider that this is not part of the series and I should take it as an assumption that he doesn’t know about vampires because they’re not included in his worldview? That’s how I see it anyway.
I am also wondering: How do I interpret the line where Elena says she’ll go alone without him (in season 1) and says at the end of season 2: “Now you can come back”
What episode does Stefan cheat on Elena?
I’m a little disappointed with this show. I thought it would be really exciting to watch the two leads have sex and not do anything about it. But lately, there are no more sexual encounters between Damon/Elena or even Matt/Caroline (or at least that’s what I’ve heard). It seems like they’re just doing their own thing. Also, how can we ever find out who the real vampire, Tyler is because he keeps changing his name and appearance so easily? Plus, why did Caroline change her mind about being turned into a vampire? She was against the idea for a while but now she has convinced herself she wants to be one. Why??

In this week’s episode, “The Salvatore Drama,” Stefan took advantage of his good mood to ask Elena (Nina Dobrev) for a second chance. They ended up making passionate love before an angry Klaus (Joseph Morgan) showed up. That’s right: the first time Klaus laid eyes on Elena since she was a teenager, he immediately knew exactly what kind of trouble she could cause.
Elijah: Is killing people considered murder? Yes, you should kill someone because murder is a sin for vampires. It’s also pretty easy to know whether a homicide counts as murder because we’ve already established that vampires don’t go to heaven unless they die in a holy place.
